It was such an incredibly beautiful trip and I am very, very grateful for it. Nepal is a multifaceted and exciting country, the people are very friendly, the nature simply spectacular. I hiked through the Everest region for almost a month (March 2022) with Fatta and Ambir, and I will never forget this trip! I am still deeply impressed by the mountains, and this won&#8217;t have been the last time I travelled to Nepal for trekking \ud83d\ude0a We had 20 days of sunshine and the luck to be able to walk the three high passes: Kongma La, Cho La, Renjo La, which are quite demanding in terms of fitness and not to be underestimated. But I always felt well looked after and safe, thanks to my two experienced companions! At this point a big thank you also to Mrs. Kolay and the team in Kathmandu (Arun and colleagues), who prepared and followed up everything very well. I can wholeheartedly recommend doing without the luxury of (warm) showers and heated (sleeping) rooms for a while. In return you get impressive views and wonderful moments. The time when I laced up my hiking boots every day with a beaming face (yes, even at 4:30 in the morning at -10 degrees) &#8211; I will not forget!
