The ABC tour was very beautiful apart from the stairs – you could call this tour ABC Stepping 🙂 We owe this to you. Our phone calls didn’t have any business character at all, you responded so well to my wishes, ideas and questions and gave good tips. By asking me to move my date you scored a bullseye, otherwise I wouldn’t have met Ina, my travel partner. You have a good sense of empathy and assessed us correctly. What I find really good: you are very active in your profession yourselves. Someone who only sits at a computer couldn’t stand by the customer with advice and assistance like that. Keep it up. Hopefully we’ll see each other again.
