1. How was the welcome at the airport?
Perfect! – Despite our enormous delay of 2 hours (started 1 hour later and circled over Kathmandu for 1 hour), a pick-up person was already at the airport and outside the bus was waiting.
2. How were the chosen hotels (rooms, breakfast, service, location)?
Good! – Not only was breakfast good, but also lunch and dinner.
Well, yes – the construction site next door – could already have been finished.
3. Were you satisfied with the cultural programme on the sightseeing day?
Very good! – In consultation with the lady we cut one of the 4 parts (Thamel) and thus had enough time to really look around in the individual areas.
4. How was the care from your guide?
Perfect! Absolutely not to be topped.
Keshar, Passang are absolutely top class. Dadschiri first needed a few days to “warm up”, after that equally great.
5. How was the care from our partner on the ground?
Very good! Migmar is very accommodating and you can have a good chat with him.
6. During the trek, were you satisfied with the chosen lodges and the choice of food?
Very good! The lodges were good and appropriately equipped given the circumstances.
The food was nearly perfect – and also completely sufficient in quantity.
The only negative was the food in Dingboche.
7. Was your route carried out according to your wishes and did the guides advise you well?
Perfect! Great for acclimatisation and flexible for rest days in consultation with the group.
8. How satisfied are you with the organisation of your trip and the consultation before the trip?
Perfect! It really can’t be done any better!
9. Is there anything you think we could do better or optimise?
The only thing that came across negatively for me are the prices for drinking water.
Maybe one could negotiate a cheap fixed price for 3 litres per day and person in advance?
400 rupees for 1 litre of water is already very, very much – I have concerns that this will quickly continue to rise!
10. What is your impression of Nepal and would you travel there a second time?
A very varied country, with very hospitable, lovable and helpful people.
Lots of chaos in the city and a breathtaking landscape in the mountains.
Yes, I could imagine a few more tours.
