When I was looking for a trip to Nepal I stumbled by chance onto the geoDiscovery Tours website. That was my good fortune!!! The agency was completely unknown to me and nobody in my circle of friends knew it either. All the more critical were my questions during the first call with Mrs Kolay. But all my doubts were gone immediately. All my questions were answered comprehensively and very competently. The joy for Nepal and the mountains was immediately tangible and central throughout. I was given the best possible advice all round.
The trip was a total success, also in large part because of geoDiscovery Tours. Everything simply worked: airport pick-up, transfers, information handovers, instructions, etc. Always everything on time and reliable.
My guide was also top notch, I felt competently and safely looked after from the first minute. Good daily organisation, adjusted walking pace, breaks, joy in nature and the mountains, lots of experience, a good mood between us.
The highlights of the tour were the morning atmospheres, the luck with the weather, Kala Patthar, Cho La, Renjo La, the air in Nepal, the slowness/no cars, the kind people, the nature, the mountains etc…
The trip was a complete success, a huge gift in my life. I am very grateful and happy that I was allowed to experience this. I would book my next Nepal trip with geoDiscovery Tours again any time. The price/performance ratio was top, plus the professional advice and organisation.
