The information provided up to the booking and afterwards until departure was very informative and useful. The reception in Nepal and the briefing for the tour were very well organised. As a traveller inexperienced with Nepal, no question remained unanswered for me. Of course I was very pleased that you happened to be on site and that we could meet in person. During the tour no question remained unanswered either, and the guide and porters were exemplarily organised. Barak took care of us like family.
