The trip far exceeded our expectations. The organisation and course of the trip as well as the good care provided by the guides, porters and drivers contributed significantly to a successful trip.
Kathmandu is pure sensory overload. Captivating, fascinating, intense but also exhausting. After that, into the silence and solitude of the trekking tour. The Mardi Himal Trek was breathtaking in the truest sense of the word. We enjoyed every moment of the trekking tour. Our guide and the two porters took wonderful care of us. We felt thoroughly comfortable and safe.
We also took home many positive impressions from Bhutan and felt and got to know the so deeply rooted Buddhist faith in a special way. Our local guide brought the ideology and the wonderful landscape closer to us in a very nice way. We got a small insight into this wonderful country, where happiness and spirituality can be felt everywhere.
Alongside many wonderful experiences, the sunrise at Machhapuchhre in Nepal as well as the hike to Tiger’s Nest in Bhutan were the highlights of this trip.
